Roasting Specifications

Profile: Medium Roast

First crack: 8 minutes

Roasting establishes the aroma and flavor that is locked inside the green coffee bean. The roasting process causes chemical changes as the beans are quickly brought to very high temperatures. When they reach the desired roasting profile, they are cooled rapidly to stop the process.

Shipping

We ship our freshly roasted coffee on Monday and Friday each week. If your order is received by Thursday evening, it will ship on Friday; orders received by Saturday evening will ship on Monday.

My new favorite blend

I've been buying Acoustic Coffees for awhile now (Feb 2024), and trying different blends along the way. I absolutely love the Tommy Emmanuel Signature blend! But the Harmonic and Melodic blends are right up there with Tommy Emmanuel Signature blend, as well. This time, I decided to try Jake's blend (won't even try to spell his name lol). I started out getting just enough beans to make one pot because I really wasn't sure, to be honest, that I was going to like it. But Oh.My.Goodnes! It exceeded my expectations, for sure! GREAT flavor with a smooth, clean taste, cup after cup. Every cup tastes a clean and fresh as the first! I'll definitely be buying more of this blend!! No offense, Tommy E, but Jake's blend is currently my new favorite blend.

My Dog Has Fleas

Another excellent offering from Acoustic Coffee. Great flavor that goes well with my morning bagel or cinnamon roll. I have not noticed it improving my skills on the ukulele yet since I started drinking it, but it’s still early days. I’ve tried several of the AC offerings, including the CGP, Keeping the Blues Alive, and various single pod choices as well. I’ll keep ordering this one too.
